2. Description of Service

Business Yatch is a product intelligence platform that provides feedback collection, analytics, changelog management, CRM, and communication tools through a unified API and dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service

• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier usage is subject to limits as described on our pricing page.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Yatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Business Yatch operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
